Olive Oils 

At Enoteca Pontevecchio, Extra Virgin Olive Oil tasting is convenient, easy, and enjoyable. We compare roughly two or three different types of Olive Oils from separate regions of Italy. You dip some bread in each Olive Oil to taste their unique flavors. Usually, we start with a more mild flavor and gradually get stronger throughout the tasting session. Your taste buds will be in awe as we take them on a trip from the mild Northern regions to the stronger-tasting southern regions of Italy. Personal taste is all that matters when trying Olive Oils. The quality is equally exceptional, but each taste is unique. 

 

Balsamic Vinegar

Try three different types of Balsamic Vinegar in our shop. Our Balsamic originates from Modena, and we carry young, medium, and old-aged balsamic. Each balsamic is used for a specific purpose, one for salads, one for fish and meat, and the other for desserts, fruit, or cheese! The flavors are rich and something you need to try!
